FRANCOIS MAHIEU
Founder and Mentor
Francois has been working in the Technology sector since 1996 for some of the most iconic Technology brands: Sony, Dell, Orange, BlackBerry, Samsung, Fitbit and Google, in a wide variety of functions: from individual contributor to C-level positions, leading teams in R&D, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

He has covered a lot of ground in his career so far (literally!) based in different parts of Asia, Europe and North America.
​
A husband and father of two children, Francois enjoys travelling with them and is a keen tennis player and wine amateur in his spare time.
​
Francois built, managed and re-structured very diverse teams along the way. He is always passionate about mentoring friends, colleagues and business connections.

ALEX LAMBEEK
Experienced Career Coach and Mentor
Alex has over 25 years of senior commercial leadership experience in Asia, Australia and Europe, working for great companies like Nokia, 21st Century Fox and Rovio.
He has been a change leader in a very diverse range of circumstances including leading a team through a political and economic crisis in Indonesia, to a business turnaround in games licensing, to sustaining market leadership by driving change in Australia. Above all, he has inspired teams to achieve great things by leading through example, by coaching and by mentoring. He currently works at HMD as a marketing leader and is bringing the Nokia brand back.

Having been the recipient of executive coaching himself, he was amazed by its impact and became inspired to learn more about it, so that he in turn could coach others. And so he became a qualified professional coach and coaches in his daily life at work, and on a part time basis to support others; something he is passionate about doing. Mondays Rock provides clients with a tailored mix of mentoring and coaching at the appropriate time, and by active business leaders, which is quite different from the typical HR approach in supporting people development. Becoming inspired and energised to achieve personal dreams and then being kept on course during the journey, is what leads to great results, and that's what Alex does for his clients. Alex is married, has two children and two dogs, lives in the beautiful Hampshire countryside and enjoys tennis, golf, yoga and sailing in his spare time.
